Shipping policy

We ship worldwide using DHL, FedEx, DPD, DB Schenker and Dachser services.
Delivery times varies according to location and various circumstances.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe road freight 5-7 business days
- Worldwide air freight 4-7 business days
- Worldwide sea freight 25-60 business days
Sometimes delivery can take longer depending on circumstances that are out of our control (traffic problems, weather conditions, public holidays etc.).
When you receive your order please check it and sign the drivers paperwork to confirm the goods have been received in good condition. If there are any damages, please note this and notify us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible. We can take no responsibility for unchecked items.
In case you have received the incorrect items, please notify us within 24 hours, quoting your order number and problem and we will do our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Receiver is responsible for any local taxes and duties that can occur due to delivery.
